详情描述 Berry’s Bait & Tackle Ltd located in Richmond, BC is seeking a new full-time Office Administrator.
Responsibilities for this position include: - Receiving, collecting, depositing, and tracking payments from customers - Organize office operations and procedures - Directing clients’ emails and phone calls to the appropriate person within the company - Submitting biweekly payroll for our employees - Filing expense reimbursements/travel expenses/medical reimbursements
Job requirements and necessary skills
- - Needs to maintain strong organization and communication skills - Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures - Having prior work experience in an office would be an asset - Must be comfortable with the use of Word, Excel, and Google Docs - Booking keeping experience would be an asset
Full time hours: 9am - 5pm
There will be at least two weeks of daily training from our current office administrator for the transition into this position.
