Overview
We are currently looking for someone that could join us as a Junior Accountant. This role is responsible for accounts payable to suppliers, corporations, employees and other entities.

Job Description
-Audits accounts to make sure that payments are timely
-Invoicing Customer and keeping record of customer payments
-Performs related clerical duties, such as word processing
-Update the fixed asset ledger for new asset purchases
-assists with the annual fixed asset physical count
-Other tasks as assigned

Requirement
-Secondary School
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
-Detail-oriented, sensitive with numbers
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work independently as well as collectively
-Fluent in both English and Mandarin
