招聘订单执行专员（营养保健品工厂）

Responsibilities:(Natural health products/suplement manufacturing)

1. Be responsible for company orders execution include but is not limited to, order materials preparation, product label check, raw materials, label, packaging materials receiving and check, manufacturing coordination, finished products check, shipment arrangement, making product and shipping documents etc.

2. Be responsible for communicating and coordinating with external contracted manufacturers for the order production.

3. Be responsible for company inventory update and check.

4. Need to assist company director for the general admin works.

Required experiences and skills:

1. Worked as the order execuation specialist or coordinator in the food or natural health or dietary supplement products manufacturer. Know the whole procedure of the order excuation(more than 2 years is preferred)

2. Have a good skill and experience of using Microsoft Office software, Email, Adobe Acrobat PDF software, especially using the Excel to manage and make the inventory.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, also Mandarin speaking, reading and writing.

4. Must be a very careful person with strong responsibility on works. Strong document management and archiving capability and experiences.

5. Are able to communicate and reply messages, process some light document works with the China team in the night time(Sometimes)

5. Have the knowledge of natural health or dietary supplement products manufacturing, know the process etc. is preferred.

6. Have the knowledge of Health Canada regulation, site licence and NPN for natural health or dietary supplement products is preferred.

7. Have the knowledge or background of biochemistry, know test method, major in food, nutrition, biochemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry is preferred.
