Part-Time Medical Office Assistant

We are looking for a part-time medical office assistant to join our acpuncture clinic located at Oak Street.

Work Hours:

Monday and Wednesday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM 

Duties Include:

• Greeting patients;
• Scheduling appointments;
• Responding to phone, email, and in-person enquries;
• Establishing and maintaining patient records;
• Handling payment and submitting insurance claims;
• Light housekeeping;
• Other administrative tasks. 

Skills & Experience:

• Must have basic computer skills; 
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese); 
• MOA experience would be an asset;
• Ability to multi-task;
• Great attention to detail; 
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work independently;
• Warm and outgoing personality
