Reading Town Alma location is looking for an intelligent, capable and mature Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a close-knit team and gain invaluable experience that will allow you to grow and develop your already established administrative knowledge. Qualificatipons

 • Completion of Grade 12

• Related experience in an office environment or customer service

• Strong skills using Microsoft Word and Excel

• Answering and redirecting calls coming into Semester Schedules, managing queries where necessary

• Preparing daily class materials and maintaining document and worksheets 

• Ability to work independently and  as part of a team

Working hours will be Mondays to Fridays  2-7pm

Expectation of  working start date : from September 6th
