Company Overview

Zhuge Academy is a professional learning center with a group of highly trained and certified teachers for children from Kindergarten to Grade 12. We provide a variety of educational programs that help children succeed in both academic and personal development. The programs include, but not limited to English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, MPM Math, and Computer Science.

We have had over 300 students taking our programs and the company is in rapid growth, we are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic team player to join our team.

Job Overview

We offer multi-disciplined training to students at the primary school level and secondary level. If you like to interact with children and have outgoing, approachable, and positive personalities, this will be a good opportunity for you. You will be responsible for daily tasks including but not limited to

- Key account management and client services (educational consulting, billing, and performance reporting)

- Marketing assistance (Marketing analysis, social media management, and poster or flyer design)

- Administration services (scheduling and facilities management)

You are required to be:

- Bachelor's Degree or above, English OR Marketing OR Education Major preferred

- English proficiency is required

- Knowledge of B.C. school curriculum or college entrance process is an asset

- Work experience at a tutoring school/working with youth/educational industry background is an asset

- Native Mandarin Speaker

- Previous experience in sales and marketing is highly preferred

- Able to work at weekends

- Be responsible, patient, and have enthusiastic on education
