Full Job Description

- Responsible for weekly food menu design

- Responsible for groceries and food materials purchase according to the school’s budget.

- Prepare 3 meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Snack) per day for up to 100 servings.

- Ensure all food items are checked for expiration dates.

- Responsible for maintaining tidiness and cleanliness of utensils, plates, kitchenware, countertops, cupboard, walls and floors, … etc.

- Superb awareness of allergy list and alert to the flow of handling regular and allergy meals.

- Remove trash and recyclables daily.

Requirement:

- FOODSAFE Level 1 Certificate

- Criminal Record Check

- Experience in serving up to 100 babies

- Self-independent and good time management

- Able to operate a commercial dishwashing machine

- 5 years of experience in the food industry (preferably in child care service, less experience will also be considered)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Well-fitting masks are recommended at all times since the first entrance. All staff, families and children are required to sanitize hands and check temperature upon arrival and departure. Cleaning is performed throughout the day in all areas.
