Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time bookkeeper.

This position performs all functions related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, construction progress billing, cost control, and other revenues

Responsibilities and Duties

- Provide support for all accounting and treasury functions

- Review all subcontractors' invoices for accuracy and completeness

- Work closely with team members to prepare and submit applicant payment

- Handle inquiries from vendors and staff

- Input all invoices related to the project from vendors

- Track and maintain vendor, expense, and project information files

- Compile multiple spreadsheets of all job-related costs by cost types

-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

- Accounting Bookkeeper Experience: 2 years

-2+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction

- Accounting Diploma/Certificate/Degree

- Skilled in word, excel, QuickBooks sage 50, and other accounting software

-Experience in the construction industry is a plus

-Excellent oral and written English communication skills;

-Efficiency, reliability, accuracy with numbers
