Title: Licensed Immigration Consultant

Employer: Morgan & Company Consulting Inc.

Terms of Employment: Full-time or Part-time

Salary: To be negotiated Benefit: Bonus on cases successfully completed

Location: Richmond, British Columbia

Qualification: Licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with CICC

Experience: 2+ years related experience 

Language: Fluent in English, Cantonese or Mandarin

Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

Duties:

      Experience in Canadian Immigration, laws, policies and procedures

      Respond to client inquiries, conduct preliminary assessments, and recommend best immigration solutions based on client needs;

       Plan,prepare and review submissions for PNP stream applications, SUV, LMIA/ICT work permit, study permit application, Federal EE class, Family sponsorship, and other programs;

      Provide training and guideline to case processor in handling client’s case;

      Remain up-to-date with any changes in immigration law;

      Represent clients before IRCC and PNP Programs;

      Monitor case progress and make sure deadline is met;

      Prepare and accompany clients for interview.
