• Support the warehouse’s logistics for outbound deliveries and ensure services are provided in an efficient and effective manner;
• Prepare documents and communicate shipment details with various parties;
• Track and manage the inventory records of various retailers and assist in annual stock counts;
• Liaise with other departments for any shipment problems or issues;
• Provide administrative support to the warehouse (such as oversee warehouse office supply levels, review employee work hour reports, manage vendor bills, etc);
• Handle various ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

• Post-Secondary degree or diploma in logistics/supply chain, business or related field;
• At least 1 year shipping, logistics or supply chain experience is preferred;
• Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office and in particular, MS Excel;
• Prior experience with SAP’s Produmex Warehouse Management System is an asset;
• Excellent time-management skills, and the ability to excel with the pressure of deadlines;
• Highly organized and detail oriented;
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, and react to changing conditions;
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, long periods of standing, etc);
• Must be able to communicate in English; an additional second language (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a strong advantage;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
