工作责任：

• 安排海运和空运货物预订
• 安排当地货物取货和送货
• 协调装货团队
• 跟进货物运输状况
• 与温哥华和中国办事处的同事，货运代理和货运公司进行沟通协调
• 检查并更新空运费和卡车运输费用
• 一般信件和文书工作

要求：

• 熟练使用Microsoft Office（包括Word、Excel等）
• 中英文流利
• 勤奋、负责、准时、注重细节
• 既能独立工作，也能在团队中工作
• 有组织货物出口和物流的经验者优先
• 欢迎能力强的毕业生

Job Description:·         Prepare and arrange air/sea shipment·         Schedule local cargo pickup and delivery ·         Coordinate with the loading yard team on a daily basis·         Follow-up on cargo transportation statuses ·         Coordinate closely with co-worders in Vancouver and China office, freight forwarder and trucking company·         Check and update airfreight rate and trucking fee·         General correspondence and paperwork Requirements:·         Proficient in using Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, etc.)·         Fluent in English and Chinese·         Hard working, responsible, punctual and detail-oriented·         Good at interpersonal skills·         Can work well both independently and within a team·         Has general knowledge in office work, ·         Experience with organizing cargo export and logistics is an advantage
