We are looking for a full cycle bookkeeper who will work directly with the owner, and will be responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions of the business. The skillset we are looking for is that the candiate must be able to perform and be proficient in:

Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

Managing bank and general ledger reconciliations

Payroll processing Performing month-end closings

Excellent data entry skills

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits: Extended health care

Language: Mandarine and English

Schedule: 7.5 hour shift, Monday to Friday 10am-5:30pm

Experience: 3 year QuickBooks (required)
