General Labor Needed (Start Rate $20.33)

Ebco Metal Finishing LP has over 45 years of experience in metal finishing. Our completed projects range from large outdoor structures to very fine decorative coatings to close tolerance finishes for the high-tech industries. Our two plants totalling over 40,000 square feet are the largest facilities in Western Canada, which allows us to accommodate high volume production capacities and handle very large parts.

We are seeking a General Labourer who must be an active listener who gives full attention to task at hand, taking time to understand the points being made and asking question as appropriate. It is a entry level job with a great potential to grow.

Rack, un-rack and package customer parts per work order.
Ensures all customer product is handled properly to avoid damage.
Inspects products visually prior to racking while notifying the Team Leader / Supervisor of any non-conformances.
Records necessary racking and un-racking information on work order.
Works safely at all times and comply with all safety regulations.
Maintains equipment, tools and work area in a clean and organized manner.
Works with a positive attitude and reports all questions or problems to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
Performs other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as needed.

The Compensation Package
The start rate is $20.33, and the review will be given on every 120 shifts before completing 361shifts, after that the pay rate change will follow the collective agreement. The group insurance is solely financed by employer, and the pension of $2.60 on each hour you are paid will be contributed by the employer alone to a service provider who is designated by the union.
