Junior Property Management Accountant 

Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties in an efficient and accurate manner within the assigned deadlines.

• Answering client inquiries through email or phone, ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing required, with an ability to explain financial concepts to non financial managers;

• Assist Rental accounting team with data entries, reporting, and payouts

• Assist Conveyance team with data entry, real estate transactions

• working knowledge of all aspects of accounts payable, receivables and bank reconciliations;

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment where mutual support is essential

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years accounting experience

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Has proven efficiency in Excel, Word and accounting software.
