项目协调员 Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

工作职责

Responsibilities

- 与项目经理紧密合作，确定项目范围、目标和可交付成果。

  Work closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- 制定项目计划和时间表，监测进度，并根据需要进行调整。

  Develop project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.

- 与跨职能团队协调，确保项目任务按时完成。

  Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time.

- 与利益相关者沟通项目状况，包括项目经理、客户和团队成员。

  Communicate project status to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and team members.

- 及时发现并解决项目问题和风险。

  Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.

- 确保项目文件是完整的，最新的，并适当地存储。

  Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.

- 为项目管理过程和方法的持续改进做出贡献。

  Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.

要求

Requirements

- 项目管理、土木工程或相关领域的学士学位。

  Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

- 2年以上的项目协调或管理经验。

  2+ years of experience in project coordination or management.

- 较强的组织、计划和时间管理能力。

  Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.

- 优秀的中英文沟通和人际交往能力。

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Chinese.

- 有能力与跨职能团队和利益相关者有效合作。

  Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- 熟悉项目管理方法和工具。

  Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
