详情描述 A garment manufacturer is seeking a full-time receptionist/office assistant.
Responsibilities: • Answer the phone and direct calls. • Greet visitors and guests. • Daily general mails and courier packages curating. • Office supply management and ordering. • Maintain stock level of printer toner and ordering. • Data verifying and entering into excel spreadsheets. • Daily processing of bundle ticket printing. • Daily scanning sewing ticket and running wage report for the department.
Requirements: • 1-2 years related experience is preferable. • Good communication skills with pleasant and mature personality. • Proficient in using MS office applications and office equipment. • Detail-oriented. • Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment. • Fluency in English and Cantonese.
