Business Development Manager Job Responsibilities

Your primary role will be tasked to provide senior leadership and ensure effective and efficient on product development of the company. Your responsibilities, skills and capacities should center on the operational optimization and financial outcomes through identifying, developing and defining market position for the company both short and long-term goals to achieve.

Engineering Manager Job Duties:

• Develop company’s product developmentstrategies and plans
• Locate or propose potential business deals by developing potential cooperating partners
• Provideinspiring leadership, coaching and professional development to R & D department
• Screen potential product development deals by analyzing strategies, validation requirements, and financial forecasting
• Follow industry trends locally and internationally (German & China) and evaluate business opportunities
• Assign, co-ordinate and review the work done by the team
• Monitor all production stages to ensure safety procedures are followed
• Develop test environments and test cases for all mechanical and electrical system
• Analyze and document test results, detect technical issues, track root causes, and suggest solutions and improvements
• Manage staff performance including goal setting, development planning, and defining responsibilities
• Assist on preparingannual budgets including operations revenue/margins and staff utilization

Major Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering of Applied Science or relevant field
• Familiarity with German SGS 13485 Validation a must
• 5 + years hands-on experiences with Quality Management System (QMS)
• Strong leadership skills and able to quickly assess priority
• Creative troubleshooting skills
• Stakeholder management skills
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills in English, bilingual is a bonus
• Self starter, intellectually curious, and extremely organized
