详情描述 Our company is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule meetings and appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and confidential documents
- Perform data entry, file management, and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or related field is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluent English & mandarin or other language is an asset
