Assistant Operation Manager (Hybrid）

Three Bites Group, a management company with diverse businesses including restaurants, spas, and external projects, is currently seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in managing our businesses, contributing to strategic planning, cost calculation, proposal writing, and leading teams to achieve our business objectives. Proficiency in web design is a bonus for this position.

Responsibilities:

1.Assist in overseeing our businesses, including restaurants, spas, and external projects.

2.Independently create professional proposals and collaborate with the team to develop solutions based on client requirements.

3.Possess strong cost calculation and budget management skills to ensure operational efficiency.

4.Lead and collaborate with teams to drive project progress and successfully achieve goals.

5.Demonstrate web design and development skills to create visually appealing and functional websites.

6.Oversee business operations to ensure compliance with our brand image and service standards.

7.Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or relevant professional background.

2.Relevant industry experience, preferably in restaurant, spa, hotel, or tourism management.

3.Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

4.Proficiency in web design and development technologies, with knowledge of relevant software and tools.

5.Excellent planning and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks under pressure.

6.Exceptional communication and coordination abilities to engage with stakeholders effectively.

7.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to offer innovative solutions.

Salary:negotiable(depend on experience)

Schedule:8 hour shift

Monday to Friday (work from home 2 days a week)
