详情描述 Reporting to Operations Manager, we seek a detailed oriented and responsible Rebate Administrator to manage our rebate programs.

Responsibilities
Rebate program administration:
- Administer and manage rebate programs
Customer communication:
- Interact with customers to provide information about rebate programs, answer inquiries, and assist with any issues or concerns they may have
Documentation and record-keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rebate transactions, including customer information, rebate applications, approvals, and payments
- Track rebate activities and work closely with other departments to resolve any discrepancies that may arise
Verification and validation:
- Review rebate applications and supporting documentation submitted by customers to ensure they meet the program requirements
- Verify eligibility criteria, product purchases, and any other specified conditions
Office Administration Tasks:
- Assist Operations Manager and update installation schedules
- Assist with government policy/program research
- Other administration tasks may be asked upon request
Requirements:
- 2 years+ of rebate administration or relevant office administration experience in professional office settings
- Post-Secondary Degree is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Google Shared Documents
- Excellent attention to details
- Quick learner and able to work in a very fast-paced work environment
- Language requirement: Mandarin will be an asset
