Rental Property Manager

Growing boutique real estate brokerage in Downtown Vancouver looking for a candidate who is or is planning to become a licensed rental property manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to daily calls, texts, and emails;

Arrange showings with prospective applicants;

Perform move-in and move-out responsibilities;

Qualifications:

Passionate with Vancouver real estate;

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office;

Strong proficiency with Google Drive, Photos, Gmail, and Calendar;

Detail Oriented;

Strong customer service ethic Language: Fluency in English is a must;

Fluency in Mandarin is an asset;

Need to have Property Management License or in the process of attaining the license;

Must be able to work in a team environment;

Salary based on experience;
