Hiring Bookkeeper

We are currently looking for a professional and self-motivated accounting clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Data entry.
Invoicing and A/R management.
Provide account summaries as requested.
Month end and year end prep.
Bank deposits.
Data & file management.
General office administrative duties as assigned.

Skills and Educational Requirements:

General accounting knowledge.
Intermediate computer skills.
Experience with Microsoft, proficiency in Excel.
Detail oriented, accuracy in computation and reconciliation.
Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $2800-$3200/Monthly
