Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION TECHNICIAN to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle the restoration of customer's homes and businesses affected by property damage such as water damage and flooding. Some restoration, construction, or other property service experience is preferred, along with a good attitude and willingness to work. This position offers room to grow within a well-established business.

Compensation is $18.00-$32.00, depending on skillset and experience. The position also offers employee benefits upon completion of probation.

Restoration Technician Beneficial Skills:

Experience in Property Restoration or a similar construction / service provider field.
IICRC Certifications

If you do not have the IICRC-WRT accreditation, or have no experiences. we will pay for your schooling and get you certified.
Physically fit
A valid driver license and ability to operate company vehicles
Ability to work after-hours on an on-call basis (evenings and weekends)
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Knowledgeable in the construction or restoration field
Proficient in using mobile device applications
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills both oral and written
Self-starter who works well independently
Adaptable and calm under pressure

For a contractor, demonstrated skills should at least include the following:
Minor framing
Drywall boarding and taping
fiberglass insulating
Painting
Finishing carpentry
Ceiling texture work would be a definite plus.
You need to be well rounded. Being able to paint or board only is not enough.

Some willingness to learn, or competence with technology such as email correspondence and some smart phone applications related to the work.
Interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with homeowners in a respectful manner.
A team player mentality, even though you’ll mostly be working alone.
A truck or van to carry tools and transport garbage or used drywall, as well as to pick up materials.
