Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members
- Track and report project status to stakeholders

Skills:
- Strong experience with Asbestos Abatement (high risk and moderate risk work procedures), prefer over 3 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Fluent Mandarin (Chinese) and English

Certificates:
- Related asbestos abatement certificates

Others:
- Valid BC driver license
- Legal to work in Canada （with valid SIN)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
