Salary: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year, Bonus pay

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment and Sales Account Executive. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent while also playing a pivotal role in expanding our client base through effective sales and account management strategies. If you possess a passion for talent acquisition, sales, and client relationship management, this role offers a unique blend of responsibilities that contribute to our growth and success.

Area: Burnaby, BC

Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Source, screen, and engage with candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for various job roles.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to attract top-tier talent.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Identify and target prospective client companies through market research and networking.
  • Engaging in both door-to-door visits and targeted cold calling to reach potential client companies.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new client partnerships.
  • Present our services to potential clients, showcasing our expertise in recruitment and staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network and promote our services.

Account Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients' staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and continued collaboration.
  • Proactively address any issues or concerns to maintain long-lasting partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or account management roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for building relationships and contributing to the growth of both candidates' careers and client companies.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
