Looking for female roommate

Looking for a female student roommate to live with two females, one student, one adult. Upper floor, three bedroom, 2 bathrooms, but the large bathroom is shared. Three minute walk away from 29TH avenue station, 15 minutes away from food and groceries on Kingsway. Ideal for UBC and SFU students. If you go to UBC, there is a bus stop two minutes away that will take you directly there (33 bus). The kitchen and living room is also a shared space. You will have your own shelves and cabinets in the bathroom and a mini fridge is provided. I’m looking for a roommate who can keep their area clean and organized. No pets, no drugs and no smoking or vaping. The house may not be used for parties, although quiet get-togethers are okay. Looking to start with a six-month lease, and we’ll go from there. Rent is $1150 per month, which includes Wi-Fi and hydro. Utilities are shared. There is a damage deposit/down payment required.
