More details to the role:
-Banking/high volume environment CS experience OR call centre experience is required
-Bilingual roles in Vancouver and Mississauga
-Hybrid role, 1 day in office per week
-$23-25/hr depending on years of experience in customer service and banking
-Standard contractor with basic benefits
-6 months contract to start with, potential extensions
-40 hour work week, 8 hour shifts, 7 days 7am-2am flexibility is required
