Full-Time Office Administrator for Real Estate Brokerage Needed

We are a fast-developing real estate brokerage based in Richmond, BC, our businesses expand in residential & commercial trading services and rental management. We are looking for a full-time office administrator that can help us in the following duties,

Front Desk Duties -
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
Greet, assist and/or direct REALTORS®, students, visitors and the general public.
Pick up and deliver mail, arrange for couriers.
Open and date stamp all general correspondence and mail.

  • Editing and sending daily newsletter
    Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies including MLS forms from the REB.
    Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
    Ensure the office is neat and tidy including conference rooms and bullpen areas.
    Management of conference room scheduling.
    Perform other related duties as required.


Administration Duties-
Updating and maintaining all databases/websites.
Adding or removing Realtors as they join/leave the office.
Monthly billing and annually billing record preparation
Meeting with Realtors - conducting orientations
Corresponding with Building Management when needed.
Corresponding with Realtors and Management when needed
Providing assistance to Accounting as needed.
Perform other related duties as required.


Listing Processing Duties –
Checking all listings thoroughly.
Digitally store all the listing files into Cloud Drive
Broker Loading and sending all listings and following their process either via Paragon
Perform other related duties as required.
Providing assistance to Conveyance as needed

This is a full-time position. You will be working in Richmond, BC. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or minimum 2 years related experiences
  • Capable of meeting deadlines, good time management skill
  • Able to multi-task, great coordinating skill
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Office and Excel
  • Familiarity with Lone Wolf (Real Estate Software) is a great asset
  • Basic graphic editing skill
  • Mandarin/Cantonese is a very important asset

Training will be provided. Competitive compensation (base salary + bonus), group health benefit is available after probation.
