Condo of Moonlight Vancouver is located in the downtown core of Vancouver. Very high-end building. It is about 620sf total. Renovated, furnished, and serviced. Wifi ($90 monthly) is in, central air conditioning, building has concierge on duty. The rent is $2700 per month. One year lease required. You need to pay your own BC Hydro bills. Total: $2700+90=2790. Only 2 people allowed in this unit.  Free laundry on the same floor (not in the suite)

Requires steady job (letter from employment) or bank statements, to show ability to pay rents on time. Also, local reference from one past landlord, and the existing landlord, for paying rents on time and tidiness. I will also check your credit background. If you choose to pay the last month rent AND the deposit up front, I will not need a credit check. Deposit is half month rent. Move in fee $200, and move-out is $200. Note: tenants must buy their own insurance before getting the keys.

Note: no parking for this unit. This is a hotel like building. Therefore, there is no underground parking at all. If you want a parking, there are many parking companies next door, or cross the street. You can rent one about 200 a month. No locker for this unit either.

Tenants must be clean, responsible, and quiet. Sorry, no pet, no smoking, no outside shoes in Condo. Note: the landlord’s insurance requires an inspection every 3 months. If the conditions worsen significantly, you must move out. Sorry for sounding harsh, but good people deserve goodness, and bad people deserve bad.
