职位要求：

• 兩年以上的经验在AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp & Revit软件。
• 具备优秀的绘图能力，能够准确表达设计意图。
• 了解BC Building Code和建筑规范
• 良好的团队合作能力，确保项目顺利进行。
• 良好的中英文溝通及表達能力和细致的工作态度，能够有效处理文件和项目细节。
• 加拿大合法工作身份，自备交通工具

职位职责：

• 绘制建筑设计图纸和政府许可申请图纸。
• 协助收集和整理项目所需文件和资料，确保申请流程顺利进行。
• 与团队成员紧密合作，协调项目进度，并根据需要进行修改和更新图纸。
• 参与讨论设计细节，提供技术支持，确保图纸准确表达设计意图。

We are currently seeking talented architectural drafters who are passionate about architecture and possess architectural drawing skills to join our team! If you have a strong passion for the architecture industry, extensive drawing experience, and aspire to work in a creative and growth-oriented environment, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural design drawings and government permit application drawings.
• Assist in collecting and organizing documents and information required for the project to ensure a smooth application process.
• Work closely with team members to coordinate project progress and make revisions and updates to drawings as needed.
• Participate in discussing design details, provide technical support, and ensure that drawings accurately express design intentions.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp & Revit software.
• Have excellent drawing and sketching skills and be able to accurately express design intentions.
• Understand the BC Building Code and building regulations.
• Good teamwork skills to ensure smooth progress of the project.
• Good communication and expression skills in Chinese and English and a meticulous work attitude, able to effectively handle documents and project details.
• Legal working status in Canada and class 5 driving license.
