详情描述 JOB OUTLINE: • Maintain all current sales support tools, and help develop and initiate new ones • Sales support tools include: Sell Sheets, Catalogues, Inventory Lists, Order Forms, Product picture library, both hi res for ads & low res for emails, Updated market comparison Library • Prepare sales materials including quotes, presentations for client meetings • Assist in post meeting follow up -- summary quotes, send samples etc.. • Prepare sales material for key account reps and their clients to be sent by courier or mail • Maintain quote log with products and dates quoted for key accounts and key reps to ensure proper contact rotation
• Upon receipt of purchase order, review and verify accuracy of order shipping and delivery dates, availabilities, product information, quantities and pricing for key reps to review and confirm • Ensure all orders are processed within set time frames
• Communicate with buyers support people on support or technical issues • Work with Sales team and clients to identify and resolve any customer related issues (i.e returns, damages, credit note related issues). • Work with Sales Team to ensure customer expectations are met. • Assist in development and execution of strategy for individual trade shows to ensure maximum results
• Must have above average computer literacy skills and be fluent in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Power Point, Adobe and other related software
