We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who is excited about assisting businesses in both online and offline marketing related to career consultation. The ideal candidate can learn quickly, act quickly, is a strong communicator, and has knowledge in the digital marketing field including social content creation, ad purchasing, influencer, and event planning. Responsibilities
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns with the marketing and sales team. Drive traffic growth via organic search, social networks, and other channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, RedBook, Indeed, Instagram, private network, offline events.
- Managing the company’s social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, RedBook, Mailchimp, and events in a sales-driven approach.
- Reporting to management and updating accounts on a daily basis with updates, recommendations, and new content.
- Performing Keyword Research, Competitor Research, and Market Research for each assigned account.
- Develop and plan events for the company leading to a high ROI.
- Support the sales team with generating leads and assisting clients.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Online Search Advertising (Google Ads), and social media ad buying with a proven record of increasing sales is a plus.
- Experience with creating marketing reports and making recommendations on ad budgets and ad management strategies with account managers and/or clients.
- Past digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
- Chinese speaking is a plus.
- Ability to work in a face-based, diverse culture across a broad spectrum of clients.
- Experience working with Marketing Automation Platforms such as Mailchimp, Pardot, or similar.
- Superb writing and editing skills. You must be able to communicate concepts and ideas clearly and effectively
- Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Experience with research using data analytics software
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
