Retail Store Manager

Job Location: Tsawwassen Bay Terminal, Delta, B.C
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Retail Manager to lead our dynamic business. If you have a passion for gift stuffs, a proven track record in retail management, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, we invite you to join us.
Job Duties:
• Overseeing and ensuring the smooth and high-quality daily operations of the store.
• Supervising the day-to-day tasks of staff and other team members.
• Managing cashiering and accurately recording merchandise sales.
• Vigilantly monitoring product inventory movements.
• Actively participating in store sales and promotional activities.
• Striving to achieve target sales and revenue goals while developing and implementing effective marketing measures and strategies.
• Doing careful sales forecast, order items through head office or through vendors;
• Providing valuable feedback to the head office on market trends and consumer demands.
• Offering support to the head office on relevant tasks.
Qualification:
• Profound expertise in gifts, decorations and dresses, familiar with gift display, and promotional strategies.
• Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and personnel management, along with good communication skills for interacting with consumers.
• Completion of a two-year diploma or higher-level post-secondary education.
• A minimum of two years or more of relevant work experience.
