Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our store operations, including shipping, receiving, packaging, order management, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the shipping, receiving, and packaging processes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all orders.
• Deliver high-level customer service and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
• Work independently and maintain a high degree of self-motivation.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational challenges.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Salary: $26.00-$31.00 per hour, based on experience and skills.
