Route from house to Langara station on Canada line only takes you 2 mins walk! If you study at Langara college, this one is the perfect object for you!

It's the only master room contain a private washroom, which equipped with a bath tub as picture shown. Also there's a walk-in closet in the room. kitchen and living room are public space, however there's private cabinet for personal use.

 The rent contains electricity, water, wifi all, you don't have to pay extra for anything you need.

 If you want to go to UBC or metro, there's a 049 bus for just one min walk! Crazy right?
