租户需要从二月1号租到8月30号。（起码六个月）
包水、电、网络费用，但不能养宠物。

在 UBC大学内，走路在20到30分钟内可以到达校园大部分教学楼，出门3分钟，可以到达公交车站，交通比较方便。

周边有多家银行分部和一家safe-on-foods超市还有一家Shoppers 和多加餐饮店。

Within UBC, it is easy to walk to most of the academic buildings on campus within 20 to 30 minutes, and 3 minutes outside the door, you can reach the bus stop.

There are several bank branches and a safe-on-foods supermarket, as well as a Shoppers and many restaurants in the neighborhood.
