Location: Unit 15, 4567 Lougheed Hwy, Burnaby BC V5C 3Z6

Salary: $18.00 Hour

Type of employment: Full time, permanent, 30~40 hours per week
Job duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas

Job requirements:

• Languages: English.
• Education: Secondary school educationDiploma post-secondary in related
• Experience: 7 months to 1 year.
• Personal Suitability: Team player, Organized, Dependability, Reliability.

Employment and work conditions:

• Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend.
• Fast-paced environment, Standing for extended periods, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail.
• Work Location: Urban area.
