Space can be shared with 2 other female roommates and each person can have their own private room with a lock and key. Shared space includes:

- independent entrance

- kitchenette with microwave, small oven, induction stove

- shared bathroom

- laundry included

- wifi included

- utilities NOT included (split the gas+electricity bill)

Each private room includes: - double-sized bed - key to private room - desk and chair - closet space - bookcase We are looking for non-smoking female student or working professional with no pets. Half the month's deposit will be required as a security deposit. 900/room/month + utilities (electricity and gas).
