Salary: 25.50 hourly / 40 hours per Week

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Tasks: 

  1. Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  2. Supervise other workers
  3. Establish and implement policies and procedures
  4. Train other workers
  5. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  6. Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  7. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  8. Schedule and confirm appointments
  9. Manage contracts
  10. Manage training and development strategies
  11. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  12. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  13. Answer electronic enquiries
  14. Oversee development of communication strategies
  15. Oversee the preparation of reports
  16. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  17. Oversee payroll administration
  18. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  19. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  20. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  21. Conduct research
  22. Perform data entry
  23. Provide customer service
  24. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  25. Recruit and hire staff
  26. Maintain and manage digital database
  27. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  28. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  29. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  30. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
