For those who are planning to start a new academy or are currently operating one but are concerned about high rent, please listen carefully.

We are looking for someone to share the rent of a 1,550 sq ft office located in Henderson Mall (1163 Pinetree Way), Coquitlam Centre, near the Coquitlam Library. The space is currently being used as an after-school academy for elementary, middle, and high school students, and it has 8 classrooms suitable for individual or small group lessons.
