著名儿童艺术学校招聘音乐剧兼演讲课老师

我们是在列治文的著名儿童艺术学校，成立已经有十一年，面向K-G12学生。诚招秋季学期音乐剧兼演讲课老师，需要纯英文教学，9月15-12月15日10--12pm（根据招生情况，也许会更多时间）上课。具体条件如下：

Responsibilities:

- Provide small group coaching sessions to individuals (age 4--8) seeking to learn musical theatre songs and skills.

- Develop customized coaching plans based on the specific needs and goals of each student/class

- Teach effective techniques for overcoming nervousness, improving vocal delivery, and enhancing body language

- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help student(s) improve their musical theatre skills

- Assist student(s) in developing confidence and stage presence

- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in musical theatre

Requirements:

- Proven experience in teaching musical theatre to young children (ages 4+) or related role

- A love for working with young children

- Proven experience in working with young children

- Able to prepare own teaching material

- Strong knowledge of musical theatre techniques and skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to adapt coaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student

- Patience and empathy when working with individuals who may be nervous or lacking confidence

- Flexibility in scheduling coaching sessions to accommodate student(s)' availability

- Ability to teach public speaking would be an asset

- Able to commute to Richmond, BC on a weekly basis
