Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination and possess a strong understanding of electrical design processes and Auto-CAD design. Experience in buidling electrical design, electircal distribution design is an asset. Opportunity to be full-time employee.

Duties

-Support electrical engineer to design electrical & lighting payout, load calculation, fire alarm layout, and fill all energy forms for all commercial and residential building
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed on time
- Assist in preparing project proposals, timeframes, schedules
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to support project execution
- Track project progress and update client and designers
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes from vendors and subcontractors
- Monitor project documentation and maintain accurate records

Experience
- Proficiency Auto- CAD, Bluebeam construction software tools
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with project management principles and design estimating
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners
