详情描述 We own multiple commercial and residential properties and are currently seeking a property management personnel to oversee these properties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all lease agreements and execute all contractual obligations.
- Handle monthly receivables and payables.
- Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Maintain property upkeep.
- Address Tenant complaints and arrange for necessary repairs.
- Manage property expenses, ensure cost savings through pricing inquiries and comparisons.
- Collaborate with accountants to prepare financial reports.
- Keep tenant records updated and manage file organization and archiving.
- Leasing or assist in leasing properties.
- All other required administrative work.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Yadi software and other office applications.
- At least 1 year experience in property management.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage with clients, tenants, and contractors.
- Proficiency in a second language such as Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
- Contracting experience is a plus.
