iSmart Education, is a leading provider of quality tutoring for all grades and subjects in Burnaby and Surrey. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and highly experienced tutors who can not only teach students at a high-school level (grade 8-12), but also inspire student interest towards the subject.

Job Description: Must be able to tutor at least one of following subjects:

• English 8-12

• French 8-12

• Pre-Calculus 10 - 12

• Physics 11 & 12

• Chemistry 11 & 12

• Calculus 12

• Biology 11 - 12

• AP Calculus/Physics/Biology/Computer Science/Chemistry/Statistics/Economics

• IB courses

*** Sessions are held in the late afternoon, evenings and/or weekends

*** Tutors work with the same students on a weekly basis

*** This is a permanent part-time position

*** Sessions are held in person(Surrey) or online

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a degree in the related fields or currently studying (Accepting undergraduates ).

• Candidates must be fluent in written and spoken English.

• Candidates must be available late afternoons and evenings.

• Candidates must be able to start immediately.

• Candidates must have good knowledge of the BC high school curriculum
