Full Charge Bookkeeper

(AEI), a leading manufacturer specializing in Spiral, Tunnel, and VRT Box Freezers for the food industry, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage comprehensive financial responsibilities and support our continued growth.

What You'll Do:

• Manage complete bookkeeping tasks, including sales receipts, vendor payments, and international transactions.

• Prepare and submit essential financial filings (GST, WCB, California sales tax, etc.).

• Process bi-weekly payroll, handle tax remittances, and payroll reporting (T4, T4A, ROE).

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and credit card management.

• Compile detailed financial reports and analysis, including job costing, inventory valuation, and cash flow projections.

• Assist with year-end financial audits and support preparation of SRED filings.

• Monitor daily currency exchange rates and handle related investment matters.

  What We're Looking For:

  •  5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in Canada.

  • Proficiency in JobBOSS manufacturing software, Sage, QuickBooks, or equivalent.

  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is a strong preference for effective team communication.

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, payroll regulations, and CRA compliance.

  • Experience in the manufacturing sector (highly preferred).

  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
