Private huge bedroom in a quiet organized residence. Near Edmonds Station - the best sky train station, no transfer, go directly to most place. Direct bus to Metrotown, very convenient location. You can walk to many  cheap grocery stores easily, farm markets, library and Edmond Community centre which has gym, swimming pool and all kinds of classes. Fully furnished(queen bed, desk, closet, shelves). The washroom /kitchen is shared with 3 nice quiet tidy girls. All the housemates are responsible and respectful ladies, sweet long term tenants, so expect the same from you. We have a house rule: no overnight guest, quiet time is after 11 PM, no dirty dishes left in the sink, everyone cleans the public area once a month by schedule or pay a $30/m cleaning fee. $850/m, one year lease starts from May 1 or June 1, price includes utilities, wireless internet, and furniture, kitchenware. Also including backyard fruit picking up. We have 5 different kinds of fruit trees: plum, persimmon, apple, cherry, grape. Beautiful backyard and front yard, nice outdoor furniture.
