Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with on-site installation crews to coordinate and support screen installations
- Be present on-site as needed to oversee progress and ensure quality of work
- Schedule and coordinate installation timelines with contractors
- Monitor installation progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Identify and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local regulations
- Conduct basic site checks before and after installation
- Report project updates, issues, and completion status to internal teams
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in field operations, construction coordination, or installation projects
- Experience working with contractors or installation crews
- Strong problem-solving and on-site coordination skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in the field
- Basic knowledge of electrical, low-voltage, or hardware installation is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Greater Vancouver area
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is an asset)
- Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
