Tutor Seeking Live-In or Rental Opportunities

I am a professional Math tutor from Japan, currently working in Richmond. I am seeking a furnished, pet-free, and smoke-free room to move into. I am tidy, respectful, and lead a quiet lifestyle.

What I offer:

• Professional Math Tutoring: Expert support for Grades 1–12 to help students excel in mathematics.
• Childcare & Household Support: Flexible, reliable childcare and household assistance.
• Food Safety: I hold a FoodSafe certificate and can assist with healthy meal preparation.
• Driving: I hold a full driving license and am comfortable driving your vehicle if needed (I do not own a car).

My requirements:

• Environment: Must be smoke-free and pet-free.
• Peaceful Rest: A quiet space is essential as I am a light sleeper (no snoring). I prefer a room not adjacent to a shared bathroom.

1. Live-in Tutoring/Childcare Opportunity: Exchanging services for a room.
2. Room for Rent: A standard, affordable, furnished room. My budget is $750/month (all inclusive) .
