香蕉蛋糕
今天終於自己做香蕉蛋糕啦
恩
香蕉被我“養”的已經一個黑點一個黑點的了
不過,香蕉越黑,做出來的就越香
和大家分享recipe
很簡單,並不是像別人的那麼麻煩喔
材料
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup butter
* 3/4 cup brown sugar
* 2 eggs, beaten
* 2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas (大約4-5根香蕉,建議是5根)
以下這些是屬於個人口味的
一些walnuts ,隨便你喜歡吃多少的啦,就剁碎,放進烤箱之前,再把walnuts 放在最上面就好了
butter我是用的unsalt butter
做法:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
[我還在banana mixture放了一點(半個lemon)的lemon汁和1/4tbs 香草精]
3. Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
還有就是我烤之前,在loaf pan裡面塗了一層butter,防止倒出來的時候不好倒
