my  manager is a dictator 

After the new office leader took over our office for three months, two staff left. The rest of us are also thinking to move on. one of the long term employee said it will not be surprise to see more and more leave.... She is a dictator, vampire and lier. She treats her stafff like soldiers, she keeps tracking every single person's time, she counts every minute on every person. She doesn't listen but she said she is open, every thing she talks about is policy and procedures but she call herself flexible... Going to gym during lunch is the only way for me to reduce the stress, she told me I should stop to do so; we are so afraid and sick to hear her voice and see her face..

we fired our boss last spring, it felt good

She told me employees were told what they do, they were told when to leave, when to work, when to have lunch break. I am not work ing in McDonalds I am working as an accountant for mananing properties! Before I only dislike indian's hair big wrap on head. Now because of her, I totally hate Indian into the bones!
